Stephanie is the VP of Web Strategy at Mozilla, a global non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the open web as a public asset. Stephanie’s focus is on increasing participation in Mozilla projects and programs, especially those dedicated to learning and mentorship. In her previous role as Vice President of Technology and Digital Strategy at Participant Media, Stephanie led the online campaign for the education documentary “Waiting for “Superman,” engaging audiences in public education reform and policy issues. She also launched the Members Project Program, helping charitable organizations through voting, volunteering and donations.

Stephanie received a BA from UC Berkeley before venturing out into the World Wide Web. She is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and an active member of the Sierra Club. When not online, she can often be found in her kayak.
